What are the delivery costs for my order?

Orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands & Belgium.

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to ship your orders within 1 working day.

We are entirely dependent on PostNL for delivery times. 95% of mail is delivered the next day once shipped.

My order has been shipped, but I haven't received it a day later.

Unfortunately, we have no influence whatsoever on PostNL's delivery times. Do you still not have the order at home after a few days? Please contact us via email However, it can take up to 8 days for PostNL to deliver the order.


Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. During this period you can return the order undamaged. Always inform us of the return by e-mail first, so that we can process the return quickly. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 working days.

Cancel order

Has your order already been completed and have you already received your confirmation email from us and you still want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at and we will cancel the order for you.

Are there any costs associated with returns?

Unless otherwise agreed (for example in case of defects), the costs for returning (so-called return costs) are for your own account.

My order is incomplete or damaged, what to do?

Please contact customer service and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. If you have received damaged items, please send us a photo and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible!

The prices listed on Quchiqinclude statutory VAT, but exclude shipping costs.

Quchiq reserves the right to adjust incorrectly displayed prices on Furthermore, Quchiq  reserves the right to adjust prices, taxes and other costs as displayed on at any time, including as a result of changes in VAT rates or other government costs, cost increases or general price developments in consumer prices.
