EXCHANGE OR RETURN

We find it very important that you are always satisfied. Are you still not happy with your purchase, despite our extensive services and guarantees? Then you can simply return it within 14 days. You will then receive the full purchase amount from us, starting on the day of shipment of the product. The product can only be returned in original unopened packaging.

We will refund the payment of the order, including any delivery costs charged by us when ordering. We will make the refund when we have received the product or until you demonstrate that you have returned the product, whichever is the earlier. We use the same means of payment that you used for reimbursement, unless you agree to another method. The refund is free of charge.

For returning the order, the return costs are for your own account. We will credit the paid order amount within 14 days.

WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT

    • Send us a message stating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
    • As soon as we have received your message, we will send you the instructions and the return address of our fulfillment partner.
    • Pack the item in the packaging in which you received your order or sturdy packaging material
      Enclose the packing slip or payment overview.
      Take your package to a  POST NL point and have it shipped.
    • As soon as we have received your return, we will transfer the amount to you as soon as possible, but within 14 days.
    • We would really appreciate it if you let us know why you want to return the product, but you don't have to.

CANCEL

Has your order already been completed and have you already received your confirmation email from us and you still want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible (within 1 hour after ordering) via info@quchiq.com.nl and we will cancel the order for you.
